This chart shows how frequently various incident categories were reported. Out of all reports received during the course of the study, the majority (over 51%) involved personnel management issues. This incident category includes a variety of human resource matters such as wage and hour issues and general concerns regarding supervisors and work conditions.

Company/professional code violations accounted for nearly 16% of total reports, while corruption and fraud cases comprised nearly 11% of reported incidents. Incidents that were least likely to be reported were misuse of assets/information and customer/competitor interactions.
