In August, Gerald Schaeffer, once audit manager for the City of Atlanta, accepted an offer to become an audit manager with the Department of Education for the State of Georgia.  Gerald will be hands on as he creates the audit function in this department from the ground up.  His former colleagues at the City of Atlanta City Auditor's Office congratulate him and wish him the best of luck.  "He's a Winner!"
