Join us for ALGA’s Annual Conference in May 2012 in sunny Tempe, Arizona! Minutes from the Phoenix airport and the attractions of Tempe, Phoenix, and the Valley of the Sun, Tempe is an excellent location for ALGA to meet and “turn up the heat” on local government auditing! You’ll participate with and learn from leaders in the field, through a variety of excellent sessions.
Topics will include:
Assessing risk Data mining and analysis Using social media for audit offices Leadership Law enforcement auditing Career development and succession planning for audit offices Auditing standards updates
In addition, optional pre- and post-conference workshops will offer training ranging from Peer Review to Conflict of Interest, and from Risk Assessment to using Computer-Assisted Auditing Techniques.
Excellent receptions and networking opportunities with colleagues and exhibitors add to the value of this exceptional conference.
Earn up to 15 Continuing Professional Education credits from the main 2-day conference on Monday and Tuesday, May 7-8, with the option of up to 12 additional CPE from pre-and post-conferences on Sunday, May 6, and Wednesday, May 9.
