Conference Registration Username and Password:
Member Services can help you with questions about registering for training or a conference.
If you registered for the conference with a username and password, you still need to register for this website. That is a different, secure database than the one used by this website.
Website Username and Password:
You choose your username and password when registering for the website. Please feel free to add other information about yourself. You will receive an email with a link you must click that will confirm your registration. If you don't receive the email it may be a firewall set up by your agency that blocks the message. Please check with your IT personnel in that case.
If you want to change your username or password:
Log in
On the "Help & Info" tab, select "Your Profile"
On the "Edit" menu, select "Update your profile"
Click the "Contact Info" tab
On the "Password" line, type in your new password
On the "Verify Password" line, type in your new password again
If you can't remember your username or password:
Click on "Forgot Log in?" and follow the instructions.
